How to Post an Ad

 

Posting an ad on MachineCoz.com is simple, fast, and designed to connect you directly with buyers looking for industrial machinery, equipment, tools, and parts. Whether you’re selling a single spare part or multiple heavy machines, this guide will walk you through each step to ensure your listing is live and effective.

Step 1: Create or Log Into Your Account

Before you can post an ad, you need to sign up or log in:

  • Go to www.MachineCoz.com
  • Click on “Login / Register”  
  • If you don’t have an account, click “Sign Up” and provide your name, email address, and create a password  
  • If you already have an account, enter your login details and continue 

    • Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to your user dashboard. 

    Step 2: Click “Post an Ad”

    At the top of the page or inside your dashboard, you’ll see a button labeled “Post an Ad”. Click it to begin creating your listing.

    Step 3: Choose a Relevant Category

    Select the most appropriate category for your item. Categories include:

  • Construction Machinery
  • Agricultural Equipment
  • Industrial Tools  
  • Generators & Engines
  • Spare Parts
  • Trucks & Vehicles   
  • Oil & Gas Equipment
  • And many more

    Step 4: Fill in Product Details

    Now add detailed information about your item. Fields typically include:  

  • Ad Title: Use clear and specific wording (e.g., “Caterpillar D6 Dozer – 2017 – Excellent Condition”)   
  • Description: Be honest and thorough. Mention the brand, model, year, condition, working hours, maintenance history, etc.  
  • Price: Enter your asking price. You may also mark it as “Negotiable.”  
  • Location: Specify the city and country where the item is located   
  • Contact Information: Add your phone number or email if not already saved in your profile

    • Step 5: Upload Photos

    Upload high-quality images of the item you’re selling. Make sure the photos:

  • Are clear and taken in good lighting   
  • Show different angles   
  • Highlight key features, model number, and condition  

    • You can upload up to 10 images per ad. Good photos increase buyer trust and improve visibility. 

    Step 6: Select a Listing Plan

    Choose from:   

  • Free Ad: Basic visibility for one item   
  • Paid Listing: Priority placement and extended visibility  

    • Paid ads often appear on top and attract more buyer interest. If you select a paid ad, proceed to payment

    Step 7: Submit Your Ad for Review

    Once everything looks good, click “Submit”. Your ad will be sent for review by our moderation team to ensure it complies with our Listing Rules. Most ads are approved within a few hours. 

    Step 8: Manage Your Ad

    After approval, your ad goes live on the website. You can manage it anytime via your dashboard:  

  • Edit or update details  
  • Renew an expired listing   
  • Delete it if sold
